Martini Room's Chocolate Covered Bacon cocktail is made with Maker's Mark Bourbon, Bailey's Irish Cream, dark creme de cacao and cream.  Additionally the glass is dipped in a  chocolate syrup mixed with "other secret ingredients" to bring extra tasting experience. 
The "cherry" :-) on the top is crispy bacon covered with a chocolate, served over the cocktail!
